Pastor Murray – the siding of the addition will match the color of the church.

Chair asks for Staff comments.

Steve Selvek – site plan was prepared by a local architect and indicates existing plan also. Other changes include off setting the increase of impervious surface by removing part of the existing driveway and returning it to lawn and an adjustment of plantings.  Two sides of the addition will be exposed but the two sides facing the street will be hidden by the existing building. Concern about fitting in with the character of the neighborhood is mitigated by placing the addition in the rear corner although that concern is acknowledged.
~Review SEQR~
The church and addition are permitted uses in the zone. Staff recommends a negative declaration on SEQR and acceptance of the site plan as presented.

Crystal Cosentino – questions the driveway off Fitch.

Steve Selvek – the drive currently wraps around the building. The front portion off the street will remain. The section adjacent to the building will be returned to grass.

Anthony Bartolotta – questions any exterior lighting.

Pastor Murray – current lighting. Can add additional lighting if needed.

Steve Selvek – the issue would be to refrain from any spillage onto neighboring properties.
